68. A chartered appraiser who is asked by the board of directors or the executive committee of the Order to be a member of the professional inspection committee, the disciplinary council, the review committee constituted under section 123.3 of the Professional Code (chapter C-26), or the council for the arbitration of accounts established pursuant to the regulation made under section 88 of the Code, must accept that duty unless he has reasonable cause to refuse it.
